We have been active in the renewable energy sector. Since 2014 we have been working in this sector and we are specialised in obtaining and producing energy from landfill gas, mines, gas mines
and natural gas.

    • In 1997, he participated in the creation of the first call center operator in Central Europe’s Call Center Poland.
    • 2004 – 2008 President of the Management Board Euro RSCG Group, a leading marketing communications group in Poland.
    • Since the year 2000, together with his partners, Jerzy Motz has been developing the Neo Investments Fund.

    Since 2011 he has been responsible in Neo Investments for all financial matters, investments and new acquisitions.

    • Over 20 years experience in business, including investment banking and finance, as well as in various management and operating positions throughout various business sectors.
    • More than 12 years experience as a manager and entrepreneur in the field of Business Processes and Outsourcing.
    • In 1992-2000 he worked at an investment bank owned by the world’s leading financial institution, the British owned HSBC, where he specialised in capital market transactions in both Warsaw and London and he focused on: M&A and privatisation.
    • In 2001-2006, he co-founded and managed two business processes outsourcing companies, serving as the President of the Management Board of Payroll Centre, a leading Polish payroll and HR outsourcing company, as well as a Managing Director at CVO Group.
    • In 2006 he joined the Neo Investments Fund, where, as the Chief Financial Officer, he has been responsible for the Group’s financial affairs, international fiscal and management structures development, corporate governance of portfolio companies, capital transactions and new investments.
  • Mr Piotr Beaupre

    Piotr Beaupre, Managing Partner of Neo Investments ,responsible for the companies’ operations related to the Agricultural sector (Fundusz Areał SA) and the Energy sector.

    • In 1989, he co-founded one of the first Polish advertising agencies ‘’Galicja’’.
    • In 1997 he took a part in the creation of the first call centre operator in Central Europe, Call Centre Poland, which was sold in 2007 to listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange IG SA..
    • In 1999, together with international investors, he founded EBS SA, which currently manages a network of nearly 200 entities “5 a SEC” and “Pijalnia Czekolady Wedel” throughout large networks and shopping centres.
    • In the year 2000, together with his partners, Piotr Beaupre founded the company Cursor SA,

    • In 2001 he took part in the Galicja merge with Euro RSCG becoming the largest advertising company in Poland.
    • In 2005 Piotr f Beaupre       founded
    • EcoWind, which quickly became one of the largest developers of wind farms.
    • In 2006 he founded Fundusz Areał SA, the first Polish entity consolidating agricultural lands, with a long-term management strategy, merger of farms and financing, leads to an increase in value.
  • Mr Piotr Moderacki

    • 17 years experience on the capital, financial and corporate finance market in Poland.
    • Since 2004 he has been the CFO of Neo Investments, responsible for the real estate sector, renewable energy and capital investments of the fund, he has been involved in a number of fund investments and disinvestments; his responsibilities include the financial strategy of the fund and of portfolio companies, obtaining external financing, as well as ongoing supervision of the investment portfolios.
    • From 2002 – 2004 he was the CFO of EON SverigeAB’s office in Poland, responsible for the company’s investments in Poland, supervision and control of the investment portfolio.
    • From 1997 – 2002 he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance department of Arthur Andersen Polska.
    • Participated in many Polish and international training sessions in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and Corporate Finance.
    • Education: Warsaw School of Economics – Finance and Banking.
